Miguel joined the Technology Engineering Group of INL as a Research Engineer in April 2021. His focus will be the design, modelling, simulation and production of state-of-the-art mechanical components, systems and interfaces in several areas of application.
He graduated in Aerospace Engineering at Instituto Superior Técnico (IST) in Lisbon, with expertise in Aerodynamics and Structures. Before joining INL, he started his professional career in 2017 at Bosch Technology and Development Centre in Braga, working as a Design and CAE Simulations Engineer specialised in multiphysics design verification in the fields of aerodynamics, thermal management, linear and nonlinear static and dynamic structural analysis.
